The Cameron K Gallagher Foundation will protect the security, privacy, confidentiality, and integrity of student personal information through appropriate administrative, technological, and physical safeguards. Including but not limited to:
- Ensuring that data may only be viewed or accessed by parties legally allowed to do so. Provider shall maintain all data obtained or generated in a secure computer environment.
- When the service is accessed using a supported web browser, validated transmission encryption protocols will be utilized by third party web browser to protect data from unauthorized access.
- Third party vendors and or web browsers will protect data consistent with The Cameron K Gallagher Foundation’s Privacy Statement and Terms of Use.
- In the event of data breach within The Cameron K Gallagher Foundation or third-party vendor(s), The Cameron K Gallagher Foundation will notify school or organization.
- In the event of a dispute, appropriate measures or legal procedures will be carried out in Richmond City or Henrico County, Virginia. Including local and federal court proceedings.
The Cameron K Gallagher Foundation requires the school, organization or any other entity utilizing CKG programs to obtain parental consent according to their specific legal obligations and procedures.
The Cameron K Gallagher Foundation does not sell or share data to any outside individual(s) or entity(s): with the exception of third-party vendors to improve and provide access to programs and platforms. User identification and self-generated password are only data collected in order to provide access to program(s). The Cameron K Gallagher Foundation uses data only for internal analytics to improve content and utilization numbers.
All services and programs provided by The Cameron K Gallagher Foundation will adhere to above Privacy and Data Security Statement.
Programs and services provided by The Cameron K Gallagher Foundation are instructional and not diagnostic. Programs and services are not used as a screening tool for risk of suicide, self-harm, or other dangerous behavior.
